Performances
Prior to Northwest Missouri State, Mr. Tomasso served as a graduate teaching assistant in music education at the University of North Carolina Greensboro, University of Cincinnati, and as a visiting lecturer of Saxophone at the University of Florida. As an active freelancer in Cincinnati, Mr. Tomasso appeared with the Cincinnati Boys Choir, Musica Sacra, and Xavier University Choir. He has also performed with the Omaha Symphony Orchestra, Saint Joseph Symphony, Greensboro Symphony, Gainesville Chamber Orchestra, and the Richmond Symphony Orchestra. In addition, Mr. Tomasso was the first American to win AGIMUS (associazione musicale giovanile musica) Padua International Music Competition (2011), and the first saxophonist to win multiple categories.
